Cancellation policy

INHealth Client Appointment Cancellation Policy (In-House & Virtual) We value your commitment to your health and our shared time together. To ensure fairness  for all clients and respect for our professional time, the following cancellation policy applies: 

1. Cancellation Window: 

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. 

2. Late Cancellations: 

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of  the appointment cost, unless due to emergencies (discussed on a case-by-case  basis). 

3. No-Shows: 

  • If you miss your appointment without any notice, the full appointment fee will be charged. 

4. Grace Allowance: 

  • Life happens! Each client is allowed one late cancellation or no-show  without penalty per calendar year. 

5. Emergencies: 

  • We understand that emergencies happen. If an unavoidable emergency arises,  please communicate as soon as possible. We will review these situations  compassionately. 

6. Reminders: 

  • Courtesy appointment reminders will be sent by email 48 hours prior to your scheduled time, but ultimately, keeping your appointment is your  responsibility.
